Senior HR Data Analyst

Role Overview:
This role involves managing human resources data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making across the HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing regular HR reports, dashboards, and metrics on headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, employee engagement, PMS data, etc.
- Develop and maintain accurate HR data reporting and analytics systems.
- Collaborate with HR verticals to gather data and generate insights.
- Automate reports using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
- Support audits, compliance, and internal reporting requirements by providing accurate data.
- Monitor key HR KPIs and suggest actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong proficiency in MS Excel, experience with HRMS platforms and analytics tools, and excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate HR environment.
- Exposure to HR compliance, audit requirements, or workforce planning will be an added advantage.
