Job Title: Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist Trainer

We are seeking an experienced professional with 10+ years of expertise in HR operations, process optimization, and employee services.

The ideal candidate will oversee HR service delivery processes while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

This role involves mentoring and training fresh graduates to build future HR service capability.

  • Escalations and complex HR service cases were handled professionally and with a resolution focus.
  • Global/regional HR service delivery models, shared service centers, or COE frameworks were supported.
