Senior Associate Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to play a key role in evaluating IT services deals and translating them into compelling commercials.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer pricing presentation sheets, highlighting key deal commercial terms and conditions.
  • Ensure that deal commercials align with risk protection against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws, and other relevant factors.
  • Contract redlining, review, and discussion with the internal team, including delivery, legal, business, and other stakeholders.
  • Preparation of deal P&L as per IFRS, deal cash flow, and balance sheet.
  • Deal termination schedule preparation.
  • Identifying accounting treatment of cost items in the deal P&L, aligned with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS).
  • Coordinating with multiple internal teams for cost inputs and deal solution discussion.
  • Ability to identify commercial and contracting risks in the deal, highlight them to leadership, and suggest or deploy mitigation approaches.
  • Collaborate with finance team functions on reporting and accounting requirements.
  • Ability to multitask between priorities to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Interface and coordinate with the development team on system enhancements, responsible for strong internal controls.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial software.
