Delivering results-driven insights as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business strategy across omnichannel retail, AI/ML, enterprise architecture, supply chain, and customer experience.

The Pricing Insights team supports pricing managers and merchants in defining and optimizing the pricing strategies for various product categories across channels. You will leverage advanced analytics to forecast/measure the impact of pricing actions, develop strategic price zones, recommend price changes, and identify sales/margin opportunities to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cluster-specific data analytics, including development and deployment of necessary dashboards, reporting & insights.
  • Research, design, and develop applicable statistical approaches/models for specific business problems (Price Testing, Price Change, Post Mortem & Category review).
  • Design and develop processes to gather, explore, structure, enrich, and clean large datasets from various internal and external sources.
  • Leverage Item role designation (Key Value Item (KVI), Head, Core & Tail) models in support of Role of Category and Intent objectives to develop insights.
  • Develop scalable retail test processes and frameworks for design of experiment, test v/s control testing, baseline development, assessment, and recommendations.
  • Analyze Competitor demographics & performance for pricing across key categories.
  • Ad Hoc reporting and analysis for Pricing team.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations synthesizing multiple data sets to effect a new decision related to Pricing.

This role requires a strong understanding of the business to provide effective solutions that meet the customer's needs and drive concepts from vision to completion with limited direction.
