Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to work across our diverse verticals and assist in the development of robust costing systems, project margin tracking, and financial reporting frameworks.

This foundational finance role supports leadership in pricing, profitability analysis, and ERP readiness by:

  • Building and maintaining job-wise and vertical-wise cost sheets
  • Tracking material, labor, transport, and overheads per project
  • Allocating shared costs across business verticals
  • Creating standard cost templates and monitoring budget vs. actual
  • Coordinating with operations and logistics to validate cost data
  • Supporting ERP implementation for costing modules
  • Preparing monthly cost reports for leadership

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience in project-based or rental-driven businesses
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in cost reporting
  • Knowledge of logistics, inventory, and shared cost allocation
  • Hands-on, self-motivated individual with a systems-building mindset
