Job Title: Expert Financial Analyst

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Business Verticals: Higher Education and Vocational Training

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Chartered Accountant to oversee core accounting functions for our Higher Education and Vocational Training business verticals.

This critical role involves end-to-end accounting, financial compliance, and reporting to ensure accuracy and integrity across all transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end core accounting, including ledger management, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and review Management Information Systems reports, financial statements, and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as necessary.
  • Implement best practices to strengthen financial controls and processes.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven expertise in core accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or service sectors is an added advantage.
