Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to oversee the successful execution of commercial interior design and construction projects.

  • This includes developing comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery, and managing budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic project plans for commercial interior design and construction projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring efficient progress and timely completion.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel and materials, to ensure optimal results.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) leading commercial interior design and construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management tools and software such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
