At HomeLane, we're on the hunt for a talented Interior Design Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior designers in delivering high-quality projects by attending design discussions with clients and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Assist in creating 3D designs using SpaceCraft and Sketchup, providing feedback and recommending enhancements to senior designers.
  • Participate in site visits and manage files across HomeLane's tech systems.
  • Contribute to commercial proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, validating quotes for transparent estimates.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to achieve great design outcomes, working closely with sales, drawing QC, project management teams, and planners.

Mandatory qualifications include a design education background, 0-1 year of experience in interior design or architecture, good communication and presentation skills, basic knowledge of modular furniture, practical knowledge of SketchUp, and a great attitude.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organized, able to work well under pressure, and have excellent problem-solving skills. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
