We are seeking a key professional to acquire and nurture institutional clients, including trusts, associations, clubs, societies, and government bodies.

Job Description
  • Client Acquisition & Nurturing: Acquire and maintain relationships with institutional clients, leveraging our bank's network and expertise.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions.
  • Portfolio Management: Grow and manage existing customer relationships, focusing on CASA and Term Deposits.
  • Proactive Solutions: Develop and implement tailored banking solutions for institutional clients.
  • Customer Service & Advisory: Provide expert advice and support to customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Banking team to drive sales and acquisition efforts.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned top-line and CASA targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven track record in acquiring and nurturing institutional clients.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business development and relationship management principles.
  • CASA Expertise: Ability to acquire and grow CASA and Term Deposits.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams.
  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
