This is an incredible opportunity to lead the India region for our Global Captive Centers (GCC) business. As the GCC Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for GCC accounts in India, aligning with global business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include engaging with key clients, prospects, and industry experts to build strategic relationships, adding new logos and expanding market share. You will work closely with Global Sales Leads and Service Line leaders to plan and execute market entry strategies for new products or services.
You will also collaborate with internal teams, including presales, marketing, and delivery, to align sales efforts and deliver a high-quality client experience. Additionally, you will represent the business at industry events, conferences, and seminars, and prepare regular updates on sales performance and market trends for India GCC accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will need 10+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership position, ideally within the GCC region or similar international markets. Experience in Risk & Analytics space is preferred.
You should have strong business acumen, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to negotiate and influence at all stakeholder levels.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. Salary: ₹60 Lakhs - ₹80 Lakhs per annum.
