Role Overview:

  • This is an incredible opportunity to lead our India region for Global Captive Centers (GCC) business for one of our divisions.
  • You will be responsible for managing the sales efforts for GCCs in India, requiring a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of the market dynamics within the GCC space.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the GCC accounts in India, aligning with the global business objectives.
  • Engage with key clients, prospects, and industry experts to build strategic relationships, adding new logos and expanding market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including presales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure successful traction.
  • Act as a senior ambassador of the business, representing at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Prepare and present regular updates on sales performance and market trends for India GCC accounts to the Global Head of Sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience with proven expertise in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the GCC region or similar international markets.
  • Experience in Risk & Analytics space is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to negotiate and influence at all stakeholder levels.
  • Willingness to travel across the country to meet GCC customers as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
