Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in key markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Customer Relationships: Foster long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Reporting: Present daily sales reports to stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and stay up-to-date on new products and competition status.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Network and Connections: Strong network and connections with schools and NEET coaching centers in the specified states.
- NEET Exam Preparation: Good knowledge in NEET Exam Preparation.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Other Requirements: Suitable for both male and female candidates. Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within a week after selection are preferred. Willingness to travel within the specified states as required.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately **₹6,00,000 - ₹7,00,000 per annum**.
