We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at HuntingCube Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing key client relationships.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a proven track record in business development and account management within the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, as well as a results-driven mindset and strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with high-end clients across both Tech and Non-Tech industries, driving business development initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for client accounts, and working closely with internal teams to align recruitment solutions with client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with high-end clients in both Tech and Non-Tech industries.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment solutions with client needs.
