Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large volumes of customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as necessary
  • Update and process information accurately into case management systems
  • Provide support to other teams as required
