Customer Service Advocate Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer success unit, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless support and collaboration.
  • Communicate the value and benefits of our client programs and products.
  • Input accurate customer information into our database.
  • Assist in training and monitoring call center agents to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to our Service Level Agreement (SLA) for different Lines of Business (LOBs).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Experience in a similar or related customer service position.
  • Previous experience in a Level 2 support role.
  • Subject matter expert knowledge and ability to apply it effectively.
  • Familiarity with working in a fast-paced corporate environment with varied shifts.
  • Proven application support skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
