Job Title: Psychometric Assessment Consultant
">This is a high-impact role that requires a professional to join our consulting team and support the sales team for business meets related to psychometric assessments across India.
">The successful candidate will lead and support the sales team in engaging with key clients and stakeholders at a senior level, including CXOs, for discussions related to psychometric assessments and talent development.
">">Key responsibilities include overseeing and driving the delivery of psychometric assessments, including Assessment Development Centers, ensuring high-quality and impactful outcomes. Additionally, the candidate will independently manage complex assessment projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
">">Other key responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, resource allocation, and client deliverables to ensure timely and successful outcomes. The ideal candidate should also stay abreast of industry trends, research, and best practices related to psychometric assessments and talent development.
">Specific qualifications and requirements include:
">- A post-graduate degree in Psychology (preferably I/O Psychology, Applied Psychology)
- At least 5 years of experience in psychometric assessments consulting
- Excellent communication skills, strong executive presence, computer skills, analytical ability, customer centricity
The ideal candidate should be a subject matter expert with expertise in the creation and implementation of psychometric tests, assessment methodologies, and evaluation frameworks.
