Researcher – Psychometric Assessments

As an Assessment Researcher, the candidate will be responsible for developing and redesigning psychometric tools, conducting primary and secondary research, standardization studies, and creating technical manuals and research reports. They will be expected to stay up-to-date with global research on psychometrics and organizational behavior, lead thought leadership in the assessment space, and collaborate with business teams to develop assessment plans for new products.

- Taking full ownership of new tool development and redesigning of in-house psychometric tools.
- Having strong knowledge of research done in India and abroad on different aspects of psychometrics and organizational behavior.
- Conducting extensive primary & secondary research to design psychometric tools.
- Designing and conducting standardization studies of psychometric tools.
- Development of Technical Manuals or Research Reports of a Psychometric tool/battery.
- Leading thought leadership around the Psychometric Assessments space.
- Collaborating with Business Head to develop road maps and assessment plans for new products.
- Contributing to entire project life-cycle for all research projects – from conception to completion and presentation.

What you need to have:

- Doctorate or equivalent degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Psychometrics.
- Hand-on with data analysis and use of statistical tools like SPSS, AMOS & R.
- Proficiency in IRT, NLP, text mining, and/or another quantitative methods a plus.
- Having strong knowledge of research done in the area of personality, cognition and other psychological assessments.
- Proficiency in developing organizational psychometric tools right from scratch is a definite plus
- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
- Effective communication skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to take ownership of projects.
- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
