Psychometric Assessment Consultant

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our consulting team. This role will be based in Gurgaon and involves working on a hybrid schedule with at least three days of office presence per week.

The selected candidate will support the sales team in engaging with key clients and stakeholders, primarily for discussions related to psychometric assessments and talent development solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and collaborate with the sales team to engage with senior-level clients and stakeholders, including CXOs, for discussions related to psychometric assessments and talent development solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding and analyzing client requirements to provide solution-focused approaches that align with organizational objectives.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to effectively engage clients and address their needs.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to drive client success and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee and manage complex assessment projects, ensuring high-quality and impactful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of client projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices related to psychometric assessments and talent development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in creating and implementing psychometric tests, assessment methodologies, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Represent the organization as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to the team and clients on the latest trends and innovations in the field.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • A post-graduate degree in Psychology (preferably I/O Psychology, Applied Psychology, or Organizational Behavior) is required; a PhD is considered an added advantage.
