Role Overview

This is a critical recruitment position that plays a vital part in our organization's success by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to meet business needs.

  • The role will work closely with stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Top-tier candidates will be sourced through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Resumes will be screened, phone interviews conducted, and candidate assessments coordinated to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • The full-cycle recruitment process will be managed, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and facilitating job offers.
  • Candidates will be engaged throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Internal teams will be collaborated with to onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition will be continually monitored and improved upon.
  • Data and analytics will be utilized to track recruitment metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
  • The company will be represented at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to promote our employer brand.
  • Additional HR initiatives and projects may be assisted with as needed.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) tools.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change are essential.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of IT recruitment experience and 4+ years of overall experience desired.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to adjust recruitment strategies and processes in response to changing business needs and market conditions.
  • Capacity to identify recruitment challenges and develop innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent.
  • Understanding of employer branding principles and techniques to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
  • Collaboration with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
