Talent Development Opportunity

As Senior Talent Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and development of our team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Innovative Employee Development Programs: Design and implement employee development programs that foster innovation and drive business outcomes.
  • Training Needs Identification & Analysis (TNA): Conduct thorough analysis to identify training needs and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Capability-Building Initiatives: Drive induction programs and support ongoing capability-building initiatives that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Training MIS & Reporting: Create and manage Training Management Information Systems (MIS), calendars, and reports to track program effectiveness.
  • Partnering with HODs: Collaborate with Heads of Departments to identify training needs and career growth opportunities.
  • Training Effectiveness: Monitor and enhance training effectiveness, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.
  • HR Operations Support: Support HR operations, including engagement activities and post-joining formalities.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with:

  • Talent Development Expertise: Strong background in Talent Development / Learning & Development (L&D) / Human Resources (HR) Training.
  • Training Program Planning & Execution: Experience in planning, executing, and measuring training programs.
  • Facilitation & Communication Skills: Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Learning Intervention Design: Ability to design engaging learning interventions aligned with business needs.
  • Ownership, Creativity, & Adaptability: High ownership, creativity, and adaptability.
