Strategic Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Recruiter to lead the end-to-end recruitment process in our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to partner with stakeholders, leverage recruitment technology, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes and minimize costs.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines to attract top talent.
  • Deploy psychometric and technical assessment tools to support fair and effective selection processes.
  • Implement and enhance recruitment automation / AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics to leadership, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms, with the ability to design and implement assessments that meet business needs.
  • Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Familiarity with recruitment automation / AI-enabled tools, with the ability to integrate and optimize these solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or any relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
