We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering Specialist. This role will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent, while also working closely with program leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and strengthen employee engagement.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in recruitment and HR business partnering, with proven expertise in talent acquisition and talent mapping. They will be able to influence and partner effectively with business leaders, manage multiple HR projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional interpersonal, interviewing, and assessment skills.
- Develop and maintain accurate and inclusive job descriptions for all positions
- Enhance employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to attract diverse, high-quality talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and build long-term relationships with potential talent
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in recruitment and HR business partnering
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and talent mapping
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with business leaders
- Experience managing multiple HR projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
