Job Description

The role of the HR Business Partner is to foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring seamless execution of human resources processes and delivering an exceptional employee experience.   • Act as a strategic advisor to management on all HR-related matters, providing expert guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with business objectives and support the achievement of company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated people solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier HR or related discipline from a Tier-1 institute (e.g. IIMs, XLRI, TISS, MDI, etc.).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Performance Management System, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
