Business Partner for Workplace Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned Business Partner to spearhead workplace initiatives and enhance employee engagement.

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact at the warehouse site, driving collaboration and effective communication with staff.
  • Drive initiatives to boost employee morale, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations teams.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
  • Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels, fostering open dialogue and trust.
  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication, promoting cultural understanding and sensitivity.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance, staying updated on regulatory changes.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and productivity.
