We are seeking a results-driven customer advocate to manage and expand our retail customer base. The role involves fostering strong relationships, introducing banking services, and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of retail banking customers (liabilities and assets)
  • Cross-sell banking and third-party products: savings, current accounts, FDs, insurance, mutual funds, loans
  • Drive customer engagement through regular interactions and service excellence
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Sales and relationship management expertise
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of investment and insurance products
  • Proficiency in banking software and MS Office tools
