Job Summary

  • This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer support experiences through various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and prompt support to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department for further assistance.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer complaints.
  • Analyze and report recurring issues to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with established process guidelines and quality standards.
  • Meet performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, TAT, AHT) to maintain high-quality customer service.
