Job Role Overview

As a seasoned IT Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical assistance to users of our application software.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and effective technical support to users by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or requests.
  2. Investigate, research, and resolve technical issues using our IT Service Management system.
  3. Evaluate and respond to support requests in a prompt manner.
  4. Escalate critical problems requiring specialized knowledge to internal resources or external vendors.
  5. Interact with end-users to comprehend issues from a business perspective.
  6. Communicate status and issues to supervisors.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client service information and perform routine maintenance tasks such as password resets, adding/removing O365 licenses, and troubleshooting network connection issues.

Service Desk Operations:

  1. Process incoming service desk emails and create tickets with basic client details.
  2. Diagnose common technical issues like operating systems, printers, and email setup on mobile devices.
  3. Maintain up-to-date records of client service information.
