Technical Support Specialist for Energy Storage Systems

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and remote work for energy storage systems.

Duties:

  • Complete on-site technical support and remote work for PCS/BESS products.
  • Perform product debugging, maintenance, and modification work.
  • Manage on-site spare parts and track inventory to ensure normal operation.
  • Maintain customer relationships and communicate with customers.
  • Learn and understand our energy storage products' working principles and provide training to customers.

Requirements:

  • English as working language.
  • Self-motivated mindset with ability to plan in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in the energy storage industry, especially in PCS and BESS.
