This role offers the opportunity to work with one of the most powerful IAM teams in the industry, handling solid projects, expanding into other areas of IAM, and collaborating with business and technical teams to maintain a secure and efficient Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) environment.

The SailPoint IdentityIQ L3 Support Engineer will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements within the SailPoint platform. This includes working closely with business and technical teams to ensure a seamless and efficient IGA environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L3 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Work on defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates.
  • Analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates.
  • Manage connectors for various target systems (AD, Azure AD, Databases, LDAP, etc.).
  • Implement and manage SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications.
  • Perform environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Support onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
