Senior Automation Specialist

Our team seeks a highly skilled Senior Automation Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver complex automation projects ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify and resolve issues with automation systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, solutions, and system configurations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Java is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders.
  • Team mentoring and coaching skills, with a focus on technical delivery across projects.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and willingness to explore new workflows.
