As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying data-driven solutions for manufacturing customers.

About the Role:
  • You will have high ownership of end-to-end ML application development, with the platform, resources, and autonomy to design, deploy, and scale AI solutions that transform real-world industries globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build translation layers and adapters to convert customer data pipelines into common schemas that our agents can work with.
  2. Monitor agent performance and create impact reports showing measurable improvements.
  3. Serve as primary feedback channel between customer implementations and AI team.
  4. Work directly with enterprise customers during onboarding and solution deployment.
  5. Perform advanced data analysis on manufacturing datasets to identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience as Data Analyst/Scientist or Solutions Engineer.
  • Strong data science skills with SQL expertise for complex data manipulation.
  • Data pipeline and ETL experience for enterprise data integration and workflow orchestration.
  • Customer-facing technical skills with proven track record presenting complex solutions.
  • Bonus: experience in manufacturing/industrial environments, hands-on experience with ERP systems and MES products.
