- Develop and implement effective production strategies to meet daily targets.
- Oversee job placement, workflow, and component movement during various manufacturing stages.
- Create and execute layout plans for new projects, including fixture design and machinery installation.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production reports, machine checklists, and breakdown logs.
- Ensure seamless inventory management and production flow.
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams for successful product development and integration.
- Monitor production costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and policies.
- Foster continuous improvement through lean practices and automation initiatives.
