**Key Account Management Role**

We are seeking an experienced Client Growth Specialist to join our team at Nreach Online Services Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key accounts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-line and bottom-line quotas month on month
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each account, including POCs in different departments, business verticals, and locations
  • Grow business in each account by increasing the share of wallet in services offered and adding new business lines/locations
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Required Skills:

  • At least 4+ years of work experience in a key account management role (B2B accounts)
  • Prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products and tech solutions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with account management CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot
