About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and building strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders within customer organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts
  • Plan and execute effective account growth strategies via upsell and cross-sell motions
  • Retain clients and build trusting relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
  • Identify and articulate the value added by IDfy products to the customer's business
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on market trends and evolving client needs
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that help customers realize value from IDfy products

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience selling SAAS products to banks
  • Past experience in the Financial Services / HR Background Verification industry is a plus
  • Good understanding of technology and SAAS products
  • Willingness and ability to learn, grow as a leader, absorb, and share best practices
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of process and outcomes
  • Effective business communication skills - both verbal and written

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
