About the Role

Vodafone Idea Limited is a leading telecom service provider in India, operating in partnership with the Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone Group. As a Strategic Accounts Solution Manager, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative solutions to our valued customers in the Government and ME sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Government and ME accounts to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Vodafone Idea's products and services, as well as emerging technologies and trends in the industry.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective response to RFPs and tenders.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in the telecom technology domain, with a strong understanding of transmission technologies, data centre, cloud, IT integration, and managed services.

  • Engineering graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with an MBA.

  • Relevant certifications from leading OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Oracle, Azure, Amazon, CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, etc.
