Strategic Accounts Solution Manager

About the Role
Vodafone Idea Limited is a leading telecom service provider in India, operating in partnership with the Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone Group. As a Strategic Accounts Solution Manager, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative solutions to our valued customers in the Government and ME sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Government and ME accounts to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.
Maintain a deep understanding of Vodafone Idea's products and services, as well as emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective response to RFPs and tenders.
Requirements
8-10 years of experience in the telecom technology domain, with a strong understanding of transmission technologies, data centre, cloud, IT integration, and managed services.
Engineering graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with an MBA.
Relevant certifications from leading OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Oracle, Azure, Amazon, CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, etc.
