This role is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and acquiring customers to leverage SolarWinds' full suite of Observability solutions. Key responsibilities include:

Your Impact:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth
  • Manage existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into accounts
  • Identify business drivers behind complex selling opportunities and develop pipeline
  • Establish strong relationships with C-suite and decision makers
  • Work with key channel partners to advance identified selling opportunities
  • Lead end-to-end pursuit engagements with key stakeholders
  • Deliver compelling proposals to convey SolarWinds' value proposition
  • Ensure robust forecasting accuracy
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement to continually serve customers better

Your Experience:

  • Excellent sales track record with 10+ years of sales experience
  • Ability to execute on plan and act with urgency
  • Agile with a collaborative, curious, and inventive mindset
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and thoughtful recommendations
  • Customer focus and solutions-driven
  • Driven to help others with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of IT Operations management/performance management/Observability solutions a plus
