Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage onboarding and offboarding activities within customer environments.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

  • Manage user lifecycle tasks, including onboarding and offboarding procedures for users across customer environments.
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Google Workspace.
  • Manage user access in Slack, including permissions and integrations.
  • Handle user provisioning tasks in Jira and other ITSM ticketing tools.
  • Assign and remove user licenses across multiple SaaS applications.

Key Requirements:

  • 6 months–2 years of experience in IT support, onboarding/offboarding, or helpdesk roles.
  • Basic understanding of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Admin Console).
  • Familiarity with Jira or equivalent ticketing systems.
  • Strong time management and task ownership abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack administration, Jira ticketing systems, and basic experience with license management across multiple SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless user experiences by efficiently managing user lifecycle tasks.
  • Collaborate with teams to create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Google Workspace.
  • Implement secure user access management in Slack.
  • Develop and execute user provisioning strategies in Jira and other ITSM ticketing tools.
  • Streamline user license management across multiple SaaS applications.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT support, onboarding/offboarding, or helpdesk roles.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Admin Console).
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
  • Excellent time management and task ownership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack administration, and Jira ticketing systems.
  • Experience with license management across multiple SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
