Job Summary

Talenode is a unified AI data platform for HR that turns siloed workforce data into a trusted single source of truth with agentic AI, powering accurate analytics, audits, and decisions across the HR lifecycle.

We are looking for a skilled professional to onboard clients to use Talenode to its fullest potential through hands-on configuration, enablement, and value realization. This includes tracking deployment and usage across accounts, driving adoption, measurable outcomes, providing feedback to guide ICP, product roadmap, and tech team focus with clear, prioritized requirements, and building a repeatable playbook for partnerships and client implementations to speed future rollouts and outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have up to 3 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or product-facing roles with strong communication and problem-structuring skills. You should also be comfortable with HR/People Analytics workflows and enjoy bridging users, data, and product. A bias towards action, ability to learn fast, and enthusiasm for implementing new technologies are essential qualities for this position.
