Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our AI training services sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our AI training services to large enterprises, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients in various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor training solutions accordingly.
- Present and demonstrate the value of AI training services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of training programs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in technology or training services.
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications in business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
