Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential enterprise-level clients who can benefit from our products or services. Your primary goal will be to establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprises and create compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for faster closure of Commercial Food Court Contracts, with a focus on maximizing revenue by ensuring the right mix of F&B vendors/brands deployment.
  • Develop relationships and nurture strategic tie-ups with Commercial Property Developers, Managing Agencies, and large numbers of F&B brands, leading to faster conversion.
  • Seeking highly motivated, intellectually curious individuals who are structured thinkers and quick problem solvers, with a process-driven approach to building commercial partnerships with various sectors.
  • A target-oriented approach that realizes the company's revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline and maintain a high conversion rate.
Requirements
  • Candidates from Tier-1 Colleges and/or from B2B/B2C food and technology sector will be preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Connections with Commercial Property Developers as well as F&B Brands/Restaurants is a must.
  • Complete understanding of commercial food court operations, layout, design requirements, and operational model.
  • 2+ years of Sales experience.
  • A high degree of focus along with time management and planning.
  • Display strong people skills.
