Job Summary:

* Coordinate all activities to maintain and increase business volume, including advertising, sales promotions, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, employee training, and guest relations
* Identify new business by generating new leads and assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to prepare Annual Sales goals and develop working plans to carry out goals
* Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and review internal promotion material on a regular basis to ensure consistency with standards set by the Management
* Work closely with the Public Relations Manager to improve relations between the Organization and the society at large to obtain maximum media coverage of activities within the premises which are of interest locally and internationally
* Maintain a productive and professional relationship with all clients and submit monthly and weekly sales plan and market analysis as well as daily sales/activity reports
Qualifications:
* Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / MBA in Sales
* Minimum of 7 - 8 years of relevant experience and at least 1 year of experience in the similar capacity
* Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Competencies:
* Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals
* Ability to accept responsibility
* Self-confidence, motivation, drive, and tenacity
* Ability to enhance organizational performance
* Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities
