
Sales Territory Development Manager

As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your assigned territory/geography.
Your primary focus will be on carrying out effective field work with minimal supervision, reporting daily activities on designated online systems, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the division.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Generating maximum prescriptions to increase market share
• Promoting Division products in line with strategic objectives
• Building relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockiest
Core Competencies Required:
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to facilitate strategy development and implementation
• Good brand ambassador qualities
Education and Experience Requirements:
BSc/B. Pharma degree holders with 0-2 years of experience are preferred. Fresher candidates with excellent communication and analytical skills will also be considered.
Candidates with prior/current experience in the same therapy area will have an added advantage. Additionally, those from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies may have a competitive edge.
