Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in specific industry verticals/territories through various business development activities, including cross-selling and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning: Provide inputs into the formulation of sales plans for assigned verticals/territories, identifying potential clients, highlighting customer requirements, and forecasting market trends.
  • Territory Management: Monitor sales targets at the territory level on a weekly basis, highlight deviations, and initiate corrective action as required.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for integrated solutions involving multiple products and develop pursuit plans.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers in the territory, facilitating deep understanding of their needs and resolving queries efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the specific industry vertical or territory, including market trends and customer requirements.
  • Sales and Marketing: Proven track record of driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
