About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Comminution Sales Specialist to join our team in Southern India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in this strategic region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
  • Built strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in crushing and screening sales in Southern Indian states
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics, including technology, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Minerals Processing discipline
  • Language proficiency in English, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi
