We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Tele Sales Specialist to join our team at Pattanavallil Traders Private Limited.

This dynamic role involves utilizing inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making persuasive phone calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products and services.
  • Accurately recording details of customer purchase orders and processing all customer purchases accordingly.
  • Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue and managing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and using sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
  • Staying up-to-date with customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

To be successful as a Tele Sales Specialist, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work in a high-pressure environment, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow scripts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
  • Proven experience working as a telesales executive with a strong background in sales and customer service.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
