About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B Sales Specialist to join our team at ASSPL - Karnataka. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our tele-sales and tele-marketing channel to drive new customer acquisition, activation, and engagement for Amazon Business marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and launch third-party tele-marketing agencies to scale new customer acquisition and activation.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve campaign efficiencies and ensure sustainable ROI.
  • Manage budgets and ensure effective budget management for the tele-sales and tele-marketing channel.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets and quotas.
  • Experience in managing multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience in e-commerce and working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional organization.
