Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Apollo Health And Lifestyle Limited. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to convince potential customers and close deals.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
