We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our Smart Commerce team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering our product offerings and solutions to sellers, helping them succeed online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand our products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to our target sellers.
  • Pilot and experiment with different target groups to identify the most ideal customer set for our product.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific areas of our product, providing insights and influencing the product roadmap.
  • Onboard new sellers onto our product and establish processes to ensure a smooth launch.
  • Consistently innovate to improve efficiency across the sales funnel from lead to launch.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas (preferred)
  • Experience in e-commerce (preferred)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization (preferred)
