Job Title: Sales and Business Development Specialist




Our company, Hunarstreet Technologies, is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
