Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our team at SKILLFLOOR™. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, both via phone and email, and the ability to understand and address customer needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities
• Update CRM system with customer communications
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
• Maintain and expand the sales pipeline
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 6-12 months of sales experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
